Experience the most marvellous sunsets with a glass of Ikaria wine in the box above the sea. Whether sheltered from the wind in the shady patio, under the awning or in the seating area by the olive tree - the large terrace offers many options. The two light deckchairs can be positioned as desired for sunbathing or a siesta in the shade. Wild mastic and olive bushes provide protection from the wind and shade while the magnificent view of the sea is mesmerising from everywhere. Bougainvillea, zinnias, roses and geraniums add a splash of colour.
A large sliding glass door creates a seamless transition from inside to outside and provides a sea view from the bed. The bedroom/living room is furnished with a double bed and dining table as well as a pull-out sofa bed. There is also a fully equipped, modern kitchen and a lovingly designed shower room.
